What type of Breathwork?

I facilitate Conscious Connected Breathwork or CCB. CCB is typically performed laying on your back in longer durations of 45-90 minutes. CCB is an extremely effective way to regulate the nervous system, increase circulation, and address emotions stored in the body. In this method, we inhale and exhale through the mouth. This type of breathwork brings awareness to where we are holding onto stagnant energy or emotion in the body, and offers a safe and a effective way to process and release these sensations and feelings.

My client is willing and ready to shed layers of who they aren’t and step courageously into who they really are. I help people overcome anxiety, limiting self-narratives, and unconscious beliefs that keep you stuck in repetitive patterns of self-sabotage, stress, and low self-esteem. How does it work?

This method functions by relaxing our para-sympathetic nervous system which awakens our body’s capacity to heal and cleanse our mind and body. This purification creates a lightness of being that is free of attachments, dis-ease and limited beliefs.

What does a session look like?

Sessions are tailored to the client's intention. I guide and facilitate attention and awareness of breath in the areas of the body that you have been avoiding. This offers the breath new spaces and depths to deepen into, which translates into new territory for emotions to be released.

How does breathwork offer a path to more peace, presence, love, and joy?

Breathwork requires presence. The practice itself is a practice of presence. Similar to meditation in this way, breathwork offers a path to observing ourselves which offers space for perspective and greater awareness. 


The process itself of consciously circulating a continuous wave of open, relaxed breath is the key to a powerful unlocking of stagnant energy. This energy in our bodies is stored from past emotions that have not been transmuted or released. When we repress difficult emotions they are never truly released. By way of this practice we are becoming aware of places we have been avoiding in our bodies in order to not feel those feelings. When we ease into these aspects of ourselves, we are offered a path through the stickiness that yields authentic healing and release of what is no longer serving you


People commonly feel lighter and more clear, and peaceful after breathwork, offering a portal to expansive pleasure and joy in our lives.
